Returns Policy
Movie Gold Mine is committed to providing the highest quality video products. Conditions for returns are as follows:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We must receive the returned items within 10 days of issuance of the RMA Number. (see below)
- Returned items must still be in their original unopened packaging (with the shrink wrap intact).
- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number which may be requested by emailing us at the address on your order receipt.
- If your item is returned to us by our shipping service due to an incorrect address or any other such reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and will require payment of additional shipping and handling. If you do not reply or if you choose not to have the item reshipped, we will refund your purchase price (including shipping and handling charges).
If you discover that we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can provide you with the correct item as quickly as possible. There is no charge for us to replace items that we incorrectly shipped to you.
Shipping Policy
- Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days.
- We will provide a delivery confirmation or tracking number with each order.
- Items may be shipped to customers in the USA only.
- Items may be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses only via Standard Shipping.
- Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes may take longer.
- Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 21 days.
- There is a $5 surcharge for orders sent to APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders will not ship the same day if one or more items are not in stock.
- Orders may not ship within 48 hours if the order is placed after 5 PM Eastern Time.
- Overnight and 2-Day orders ship via a variety of carriers.
- We reserve the right to combine orders into one shipment as needed for efficiency and to control shipping costs.
- Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $300. ($2 fee applies for this service.)
- Standard Shipping is not available for orders over $300.
- You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled or split into multiple orders, bringing any order total below $50.
- Once an uninsured package has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments by the USPS or other designated carrier(s).
Shipping Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your order against loss or damage. If an insured order is damaged, simply
contact us for a refund or replacement.
If the item has been lost in the mail, first contact your local post office to see if they can track it down. Please wait for 30 days in case the package was delayed by the USPS.
If, after 30 days, your package still does not arrive, we will send a replacement to you at no extra charge.

Standard shipping prices are as follows:

- $0.99 per additional item.
2-Day shipping prices are as follows*:
- $0.00 for the 1st item, plus
- $0.00 per additional item.
Overnight shipping prices are as follows*:
- $0.00 for the 1st item, plus
- $0.00 per additional item.
* - Our carriers charge a delivery surcharge on orders sent to certain ZIP codes. This will be added to the shipping price at checkout.
